A great morning of fishing!

I take the early morning bus every morning to get out on the water. I really just get excited! So I rush to the other side of the school to get ready. It normally takes me 2 minutes to get from the front of the school to the back of the school. I take 5 minutes to put on waders and setup my fly rod and then BOOM! IM IN THE WATER! Then patience hits and then the magic happens; I feel like I am in my own world. It's really great!
I was using a 5wt rod and a Orange Egg Pattern

Getting a fly stuck in my finger!!!!!

So,you know when people tell you learn from your mistakes! Well, their not playing! I was fishing then all of a sudden my line gets wrapped around my pant while in the water; I reach in the water to unwrap because I got worry about getting a hole in my waders.... Then I lose my balance the rod goes up and my fly goes straight in my finger! I thought it was a little ding until I looked like this.. But, everything was okay! I just had to get past the painful part pulling it out!
